How long will it take to receive the session images?

Our typical turnaround for portrait sessions is within one week post-session. We are a two person team and we handle each edit ourselves in order to give you the best images possible, therefore processing times may vary during our busy season (May-September). Need your images sooner? Contact us about upgrading to expedited processing!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and Square. We do not accept personal checks.

What happens to my deposit/payment if I need to cancel?

While your deposit/payment is non-refundable, we will gladly re-schedule your session for a future date.Yes. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Is your business insured?

Yes, we carry full liability insurance.

Where is your studio located?

Our preferred studio is located in The Pearl District.

Do you provide videography services?

Does your studio take headshots, individual portraits, commercial photography, or other types of photography?

Yes, we have experience in many fields of photography. Feel free to contact us.

Do your photographers speak any languages besides English?

Our staff speaks conversational Spanish in addition to English.

Will you come to our business to take headshots of our employees?

Can we extend our wedding/event/session if we decide we need more coverage than expected?

Yes, based on photographer availability. We will invoice you for the updated balance.

We are having a destination wedding, is your team available for travel?

Yes, we love to travel! Please contact us with as many details about your wedding as possible and we will provide you with a quote.

Do you provide black and white images?

Yes, we can include monochrome images upon request, a second edit fee may apply.
